Day 2 into the new year. Keto Breakfast stuffed peppers:
6 jalapenos, 6 sweet peppers
filling: 4 eggs, 1/4 cup crumbled (pre-cooked) sausage, 1/4 shredded cheese.
mix filling together, spoon into peppers, place in griller bake or grill 30 minutes
option -wrap with bacon
