RECIPES
Preparing peppers: wash and de-seed assorted peppers (Jalapeno, Anahelm, Mini Bell).
Fill with your favorite ingredients. Cooking time will vary according to size of pepper and ingredients used for stuffing. Generally 25-35 minutes, if you use raw meat it will take a little longer.

On the grill: cook over indirect heat ( no flames) close the lid.

In the oven: set the temperature at 375; electric skillet 400, keep lid on.
tip: poke a hole in the bottom of the pepper (it lets oils and moisture out)

8 oz cream cheese, 8 oz lump crab or shrimp, crab seasoning mix (or add your own seasoning to taste.

4 scrambled eggs, 4 oz breakfast sausage, 2 T grated cheese. Mix together and pour into peppers.

Lil' smokie sausage and a chunk of cheddar in each pepper.

Cornbread muffin mix (mix according to box directions), fill peppers about 3/4 full. Bake approximately 30 min.

Smoked gouda cheese and turkey breakfast sausage. Remember wrapping with bacon is optional.

Easy Peasy Shrimp Jalapenos
Ingredients

​1 shrimp for every pepper you're fixin' (20-30 count size)

cream cheese
-
bacon

Cooking Directions
-
Shake some spices on the peeled shrimp and stuff them head first into the jalapenos.

Fill up the gap at the top of the jalapenos with cream cheese.
-
Bacon on top of this one is optional
-
Poke a hole in the bottom of the jalapeno with a toothpick so it can drain as it cooks.

Add them to the pepper griller. Place on the grill or Bake at 350 F for about 20-30 min or until done.
Spicy Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients

10 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and stemmed.

4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1 small onion, chopped
-
1 clove garlic, chopped
-
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
-
Dash of hot sauce, to taste
-
10 bacon strips, halved

Cooking Directions

Poke hole in bottom of pepper

Mix cream cheese, onion, garlic, seasoned salt, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl
-
Stuff each pepper half full
-
Wrap each piece with bacon and secure with a toothpick

Place on the Grill or Oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until bacon is crisp

Remove toothpicks and serve!
Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients

1 cup of rice
-
1 lb ground beef
-
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
6 bell peppers
-
a little bacon fat
-
1/2 onion, chopped
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
large can tomatoes
-
grated cheese

Cooking Directions

​In seperate skillet, brown rice in bacon fat
-
Set aside
-
In another skillet, brown ground beef and add onion, bell pepper, garlic and salt/pepper to taste
-
Add half of the can of tomatoes and rice, simmer until done
-
Steam the 6 peppers in salted water until just tender

Stuff peppers with meat mixture

Make gravy with the balance of tomatoes and sauteed onions and
peppers​
Mushroom Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients​

​20 Jalapeno peppers
-
20 slices of bacon
-
1/4 cup of onion, chopped
-
1/4 cup of mushrooms, chopped
-
16 oz cream cheese
-
1 cup of cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions​

Fry the onion, and mushroom together until tender. Drain and cool.

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Stuff with resulting mixture, wrap with bacon.

Grill or Bake at 350 F,for 20 minutes, or until done.
Crab Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
Ingredients

12 large jalapenos (double recipe for large griller)
-
4 oz crab meat, well drained
-
1/4 cup onion, minced
-
1/4 cup green pepper minced
-
1/4 cup mayonnaise
-
8 oz cream cheese
-
Salt and pepper or favorite seasoning to taste

Cooking Directions.

Stuff jalapenos with resulting mixture, wrap with bacon if your heart desires.
